Adhesive Media is an influencer marketing agency based in Miami, seeking an Influencer Partnerships Associate to close sponsorship deals, manage key relationships, and grow brand partnerships with YouTube creators and sponsors. You will focus on a handful of top sponsors and communicate daily with creators, while working in a remote-capable team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, Customer Service, Operations, or similar fields.
• Brand partnerships / influencer sponsorships experience is preferred, but learnable.
• Strong organization and customer service mindset for project success.
• Excellent email and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must respond quickly to sponsors and creators with accurate information.
• Comfortable calling a client for important matters.
• Attention to detail in large influencer campaigns.
• Relationship building with clients and creators for long-term value.
• Tech savviness with Airtable, Asana, Notion, Google Sheets; proactive process improvement.
• Critical thinking and independent decision-making in SOP gaps.
• Reliable and able to work beyond regular hours for deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deal Making: Close $250K/mo of YouTube sponsorship deals.
• Build Relationships with Key YouTubers to pitch channels for Brand Deals.
• Grow 7-10 key brand relationships to drive consistent spend with creators.
• Negotiate & Close hundreds of influencer deals per month.
• Client-facing email communication between YouTubers & Sponsors.
• Provide an exceptional experience for creators and brands with speed and transparency.
• Keep databases (Airtable, Google Sheets) and project tools (Asana, Notion) updated; suggest process improvements.
