Job summary

LOAM is a fast-growing health company focusing on microbiome science-backed solutions. We are hiring an Influencer + Partnerships Manager to own our creator program, scale affiliates and UGC, and build a community of vocal advocates who drive revenue.

This fully remote role (North America) reports to the VP of Marketing and collaborates with Creative, Social, and clinical teams to identify top partners and grow our influencer ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer or creator marketing, ideally at a DTC brand.
• Own creator revenue and convert affiliate or gifted relationships into paid partnerships.
• Strong negotiation skills and fluency in creator contract terms, including usage rights, whitelisting, and exclusivity.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate and creator platforms (ShopMy, Superfiliate, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to tie creator activity to revenue and CAC.
• Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements and sharp editorial judgment.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage dozens of relationships and deliverables at once.
• Bonus: experience in supplements, CPG, or another claims-sensitive health/wellness category.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full creator journey from seeding to affiliate to paid partnership.
• Build and nurture creator relationships to maximize LOAM’s impact.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity.
• Scale the UGC program with high-performing, platform-native content.
• Lead gifting and seeding initiatives to turn product into content and revenue.
• Manage community and ambassador platforms and grow engagement.
• Grow a network of credentialed health creators (doctors/dietitians).
• Own affiliate and creator platforms, including codes, links, landing pages, and payouts.
• Pitch new partnership opportunities including brand collaborations and co-marketing.
• Review creator content for brand fit, FTC disclosure, and approved claims.
• Track performance by creator/program/channel and inform investment decisions.
