Job summary

Studio McGee is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day strategy and execution of our influencer and creator marketing program. This role will evolve our influencer initiatives into organic relationships, paid partnerships, and affiliate content that can be amplified across paid media, email, social, PDPs, and other channels.

You will identify creators who authentically represent Studio McGee, develop partnerships that drive product discovery, and build a content pipeline

Qualifications

4–6+ years of experience in influencer, creator, affiliate, or related digital marketing roles.
Experience managing influencer relationships and paid creator partnerships.
Understanding of creator commerce platforms and affiliate programs.

Responsibilities

Execute influencer and creator strategy across organic, gifting, affiliate, and paid partnerships.
Identify and develop relationships with creators who represent Studio McGee's aesthetic and values.
Build and manage a pipeline of creators across audiences, categories, and markets.
Develop paid creator partnerships with clear objectives, timelines, and compensation structures.
Manage creator relationships from outreach through content delivery and reporting.
Partner with Brand and Marketing leadership to refine influencer investments.
