Job summary

Poppy & Peonies, in partnership with Bloom, seeks a Brand Partnerships Manager to scale affiliate, creator, and brand collaborations across the U.S. market. This fully remote role centers on influencer marketing, PR, and experiential campaigns, building authentic relationships with creators and brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, experiential marketing, affiliate marketing, or a similar brand-building role.
• Experience managing external agencies or cross-functional partners.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• A creative mindset paired with strong execution skills.
• Passion for fashion, social media, community building, and creating memorable brand experiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you’re excited to roll up your sleeves and build.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with our PR agencies, helping shape strategy, identify opportunities, and maximize media coverage.
• Develop campaigns that generate excitement around product launches, founder stories, collaborations, and seasonal moments.
• Build, grow, and manage our UGC creator program to ensure a consistent pipeline of authentic, high-performing content.
• Lead and scale our affiliate program outside of TikTok Shop, building strong relationships with creators and partners who authentically love the brand.
• Identify and execute brand collaborations that introduce Poppy & Peonies to new audiences.
• Plan and execute pop-ups, launch events, community experiences, influencer events, and other brand activations from concept through execution.
• Manage celebrity, stylist, and VIP gifting initiatives while building relationships that increase brand visibility.
• Track the performance of PR, affiliate, creator, and partnership initiatives, using data to improve results continually.
• Stay ahead of trends in fashion, media, creators, and partnerships to identify new opportunities for the brand.
