Job summary

OpenArt is seeking a Head of Influencer Marketing to own and grow influencer as a major growth channel. You will define strategy, budgets, and creator portfolios, and lead campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and emerging platforms.

You will balance performance with brand-building and drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue. You will partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Social, and Brand teams to scale globally while building a strong creator ecosystem and lasting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer or creator marketing, with growth channel ownership.
• Experience setting strategy and managing sizable influencer budgets.
• Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and decision making.
• Strong ability to source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships.
• Ability to tie influencer investments to acquisition, revenue and ROI.
• Blend of performance-driven and brand-driven creator marketing.
• Experience building long-term creator relationships, not just one-off.
• Strong creative judgement to spot breakout creators, content, formats.
• Analytical mindset with portfolio and budget decision skills.
• Experience leading teams, agencies, or external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own Influencer Marketing: set strategy, goals, budget, and operating plan.
• Build a scalable growth channel with repeatable creator acquisition.
• Develop the Creator Portfolio across segments, platforms, geographies, models.
• Develop strategic creator relationships with top creators and managers.
• Create breakout campaigns with authentic creator-led concepts.
• Own budget and performance, measure results, adjust investments.
• Build long-term programs: sponsorships, ambassadors, affiliates.
• Develop new growth models and explore new platforms.
• Partner across OpenArt to integrate creators into launches.
• Build the function with processes, tech, and measurement systems.
• Build and lead a high-performing influencer marketing team.
