Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead its ambassador program, drive revenue growth, and boost brand visibility across digital and e-commerce channels.

You will own the influencer and partnerships ecosystem in a fast-paced wellness brand, identify new opportunities with creators and athletes, and build scalable processes. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to optimize campaigns and performance metrics for sustained growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and growth of the influencer, ambassador, and strategic partnership ecosystem.
• Identify new opportunities to expand the brand's presence through fitness professionals, creators, athletes, and other relevant personalities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners while ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to effectively represent the brand.
• Create partnership strategies designed to increase customer acquisition, engagement, brand visibility, and e-commerce sales.
• Develop promotional initiatives around new products, seasonal opportunities, product launches, and ongoing brand campaigns.
• Provide guidance to influencers and partners regarding content strategy, social media best practices, promotional messaging, and audience engagement.
• Help develop and refine internal processes that improve the efficiency and scalability of the partnership program.
• Provide leadership and direction to supporting team members involved in affiliate and partnership initiatives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of social platforms, creator trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the fitness and wellness space.
