Job summary

Clutch Creative is seeking an Influencer Billing Specialist to manage payments for influencers, agencies, and campaigns from our Philadelphia area client base. This role ensures invoices, contracts, and W-9s are accurate and paid on time, while improving billing workflows and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Finance/Accounting background, experience in advertising or marketing billing, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience working in advertising, media, or marketing agency billing.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data formatting, and organization.
• Proficient in accounting and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Manage payments for influencers, agencies, and campaigns.
• Approve budgets and balances before payment.
• Track purchase orders from launch through reconciliation.
• Input data for influencers and agency billing in the vendor system.
• Validate invoices, W-9s, and contracts before processing.
• Confirm deliverables, fees, and invoices align before payment.
• Process payments to influencers or talent agencies according to contracts.
• Resolve rejected invoices and billing issues; ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile spending against budgets, forecasts, and payments.
• Create reports on outstanding invoices, payments, and budget risks.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy; monitor for discrepancies.
• Recommend improvements across billing workflows.
