Job summary

ChatterBlast Media in Philadelphia is seeking an Account Executive to support the account management team and manage their own client projects. This mid-level role is hybrid, with time onsite required for office hours or client events.

You will split your time 50/50 between internal tasks and client facing work, coordinating with account, strategy, ads, and creative teams to deliver campaigns on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of digital media experience, ideally in an agency, marketing or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of social media networks and maintains a curiosity for what’s next.
  • Proficient with analytic, monitoring and scheduling systems.
  • Experience with time management, tracking and internal management tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Slack).
  • Proactive communicator and problem solver.
  • Strong creative background including: writing, concepting and storytelling.
  • Strong public speaking skills and ability to run presentations and client meetings.
  • Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support account managers and deliver on client expectations and needs on a consistent basis.
  • Track and maintain select campaigns between a handful of clients, at different stages.
  • Assist managers in tracking internal and external progress to complete project deliverables.
  • Assist managers in the full project life cycle including: account kick-off, work orders, creative briefs, implementation and reporting.
  • Traffic work between account, strategy, ads and creative teams.
  • Complete projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.
  • Interpret client goals and work with creative, ads and reporting teams to concept and implement creative strategies.
  • Manage monitoring and engagement tools to respond and track online conversation and campaign success.
  • Manage online interaction within social, blog and forum communities through third-party tools (HeyOrca, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Promote the expansion of business with existing clients with innovative ideas and timely input on upcoming and existing client projects.
  • Be available on-site in the Philadelphia area for both office hours and client events/meetings off-site.

Description

The role of Account Executive at ChatterBlast Media is a mid-level position within the company’s account team. This role is designed to provide account support to the account management team while also managing their own clients & projects. The candidate must be located in the Philadelphia region as this role is hybrid and will require time onsite either in-office or supporting client events.
