Job summary

160over90, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an energetic Client Accountant in Philadelphia to join our finance team. This role will manage project accounting, ensure timely client billings, and support month-end close while coordinating with shared services and Treasury.

You will work closely with AR analysts and vendors, ensuring accurate revenue and expenses across multiple projects within a dynamic agency setting.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years general accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience in a marketing/creative agency environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project accounting for clients within remit.
• Ensure timely and complete Client Billings and monthly A/R reporting and follow up in partnerships with AR analysts.
• Management of A/P process including new vendor setups, confirming and coding payables requests, and overseeing release of payments in connection with shared services partner and Treasury department.
• Liaise and coordinate with business partners to ensure budgets are submitted and reviewed for projects, accounts are reviewed monthly, rebillable expenses are appropriately managed, and projects are reconciled and closed.
• Support Corporate Accounting.
• Perform month-end close duties and reporting including recording of accurate journal entries for revenue and expense.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet account reviews and reconciliations to ensure ledger maintenance.
• Assistwith various ad-hoc reporting and projects as needed.
