Location: Philadelphia, PA - Hybrid

Clutch is looking for an Operations and Finance Manager with agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client invoicing and accounts receivables in a timely manner.
• Provide budget updates to clients.
• Handle financial operations, reporting, and tax filings.
• Collaborate with C-Suite to create financial forecasts to assist in planning.
• Basic administrative duties including office maintenance management.
• Ensure the workspace is stocked, including inventory.
• Manage payments, reconcile accounts, and support operations.
• Implement operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an agency or creative environment strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience communicating with vendors and clients required.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience running an office space, including administrative duties, C-Suite communications, and office upkeep.
