Clutch Creative is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships in the Greater Philadelphia area. This hybrid role requires in-person collaboration three days a week in Jamison, PA and focuses on aligning creative work with measurable business outcomes.

You will own day-to-day conversations, spot growth opportunities, and coordinate with strategy, creative, and digital teams to deliver strong results for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management or client services in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to present to senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial mindset.
• Experience shaping scoping conversations, budgets, and timelines.

• Be the strategic partner: Own day-to-day relationships, move conversations beyond individual projects, and connect our work to measurable business outcomes.
• Drive Account Growth: Spot opportunities to expand partnerships organically, tackle unmet needs, and collaborate on proposals and scopes.
• Lead & Align: Act as the central bridge between clients and our internal strategy, creative, digital, and leadership teams.
• Anticipate Needs: Look around corners, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and bring fresh ideas and trends to your clients before they ask.

What You’ll Do

• 5+ years of account management or client services experience within an advertising, marketing, digital, branding, or integrated agency environment.
• A natural relationship builder who is confident presenting to and advising senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and a proactive mentality.
• Experience navigating scoping conversations, budgets, and timelines with tact and confidence.
• Must be local to the Philadelphia area and excited to collaborate with clients and colleagues in person.
