Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a Specialist for Inflight Training Operations and Delivery to oversee daily training delivery at the Training & Conf Ctr (DFW-SV05). You will guide flight attendants through continuing qualification, aircraft line training, and requalification activities, coordinating with the scheduling team and leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong problem solving, leadership, and conflict resolution skills to drive reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Knowledge of RES, DECS, and LMS.
• Current Flight Attendant qualifications are a plus.
• Prior instructor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the daily operational delivery of InflightTraining.
• Frontline contact for FAs attending training programs.
• Conducts daily shift briefings with the team.
• Manages daily staffing and coordination with Training Scheduling.
• Handles operational disruptions around training.
• Maintains the Instructor Evaluator Handbook and training devices.
