Job summary

American Airlines in Fort Worth is seeking a Training Records Auditor to manage and audit Flight Attendant qualification records in line with FAA rules. You’ll support training programs, roster setup, and web-based exams to ensure accuracy and timely completions.

You will collaborate with Flight Attendant teams, assist scheduling, and help with staffing for training events, while maintaining strict deadlines in a dynamic operations environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAA guidelines and JCBA is preferred.
• Experience with training records, roster management, and exams.
• Strong MS Office, LMS and DECS/RES skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all initial, recurrent, and leave of absence training programs.
• Build and maintain initial class rosters for training events.
• Load web-based trainings and exams as needed.
• Issue/update Flight Attendant qualifications after training.
• Audit training completion, qualifications, and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Flight Attendant(s) to resolve training issues.
• Assist Scheduler and Training with staffing programs and bids.
• Support CQ forecasting, form processing and base expansion class creation.

• Responsible for auditing, issuance, and updating of Flight Attendant qualification records in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company policies. Additionally, this position will directly support the Flight Service Training Support and Scheduling teams.
• This position will require you to work a varying schedule including weekends and holidays.
• This job is a member of the Flight Services Training Records team within the Flight Service group.

What you'll do

• Support all initial, recurrent, and leave of absence training programs
• Build and maintain initial class roster for all training events
• Load applicable web-based trainings and exams, as needed
• Issue/Update Flight Attendant qualifications following completion of training, as needed.
• Preform audit(s) of all web-based training completion, issued qualifications and, training eligibility for all students attending training
• Work directly with Flight Attendant(s) to resolve issues with web-based training and class enrollment
• Assist Scheduler, Flight Service Training with staffing training programs, and support monthly Instructor bidding as needed
• Support daily CQ forecasting, Comply365 form processing, and class creation for base expansion in coordination with Training Support
• Communicate schedule adjustments, overnight accommodations, and flight reservations to instructor team
• Flex to support additional duties, as needed

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Advanced FOS knowledge and experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience supporting record keeping and qualification issuance under Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines
• Experience supporting a dynamic operation with shifting priorities
• Experience working in or supporting a call center team
• Knowledge of Flight Attendant Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA)

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Enterprise LMS, and DECS/RES
• Knowledge of Macro creation/usage in excel
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Flight Attendant legalities and contractual obligations
• Must be able to meet multiple daily deadlines
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Self-directed work ethic
