Job summary

US Fertility in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join the Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York team. This on-site role supports coordination of fertility patients, case management, and education throughout treatment plans, with emphasis on compassionate patient care.

Qualified candidates are licensed RNs (BSN preferred), with IVF experience and strong caseload management, excellent interpersonal and computer skills, and a commitment to teamwork and patient

Qualifications

• RN license required; BSN preferred.
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women’s health preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education.
• Communicate physician orders, instructions, and lab results with interpretation.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and families.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
