Job summary

Aspire Fertility Austin is seeking a Third Party Reproductive Coordinator to support patients and gestational carriers throughout the fertility journey. This role serves as the primary liaison between patients, clinical teams, and external agencies, coordinating treatment plans, appointments, and required documentation.

Hybrid work after training (primarily WFH, with 1-2 days in clinic per month); hours are Mon–Fri, 7:00am–4:00pm.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years fertility experience REQUIRED, third party experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients pursuing donor egg, donor sperm, embryo donation, or gestational carrier treatment.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, intended parents, gestational carriers, donors, and third-party agencies.
• Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, testing, medications, and clinical requirements with physicians and nurses.
• Communicate treatment timelines, instructions, and next steps to ensure patient understanding of care plans.
• Collaborate with outside agencies and providers to complete documentation and medical clearance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and track milestones and follow-up needs.
