BD in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth for our Infection Prevention and Biosurgery portfolio in the Knoxville area. You will educate physicians, surgeons, and hospital staff on product use and coordinate on-site support to ensure proper adoption.

This role requires building new relationships, achieving sales goals, and managing an efficient route plan. Travel within the territory is expected, with strong emphasis on compliant, ethical selling practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales/marketing experience.
• Operating room sales/medical device experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with 3 years driving history.

Responsabilidades

• Presents, educates, and provides in-services on the process/procedure of properly using the Company's products to surgeons, OR staff, and other individuals.
• Maintains thorough knowledge and capabilities of BD's products, channels, and methods of distribution.
• Responsible for meeting territory sales and profitability goals.
• Responsible for developing new prospects and establishing new customers.
• Informs customers of new and current products, backorders, general order status, current pricing structure, company policy changes, and forecasts for new needs.
