Genesiscareers is seeking an Infection Preventionist to lead the IPCP across our nursing centers, focusing on infection prevention, outbreak management, and employee health, with training and program development.

The role requires RN licensure, 3+ years nursing experience, and completion of IPC training within 90 days. Flexible hours enable collaboration with staff on day and night shifts to protect patient safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must complete specialized training in infection prevention and control within 90 days of hire.
• A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent nursing experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Support IPCP program development and implementation.
• Provide infection prevention and control training for new hires.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain the IPCP to ensure quality of patient care related to infections and communicable diseases.
