Genesiscareers is seeking an Infection Preventionist for our nursing centers in New Jersey to lead the IPCP, educate staff, and monitor infection prevention standards. The role requires an active RN license and nursing experience.

You will collaborate across locations to ensure patient safety, respond to outbreaks, and participate in employee health programs. A BSN is preferred, with flexible hours to cover shifts including evenings and nights.

Qualifications

• RN with current licensure by State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years full-time nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Infection Prevention and Control Program (IPCP) across locations.
• Provide infection prevention and control training for new hires.
• Develop and implement IPCP education based on QAPI and quality measures.
• Coordinate outbreak management and employee health initiatives.
