PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking an Infection Preventionist to lead the nursing center's Infection Prevention and Control Program (IPCP) across multiple locations. You will act as a practitioner, educator, and facilitator to staff on infection prevention, outbreak management, and employee health.

Requirements include an RN license, specialized infection prevention training within 90 days of hire, and at least three years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must complete specialized training in infection prevention and control within 90 days of hire.
• A minimum of three years full-time nursing experience is required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours in order to meet with employees working evening and night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee IPCP and infection prevention activities across locations.
• Provide staff training on infection prevention and control.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain the IPCP to ensure quality patient care related to infections and communicable diseases.

Licensed RN
