Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech Therapists to deliver home-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental needs. Build family-centered plans, work in child’s natural environments, and participate in a supportive team with flexible scheduling.

California SLP license and pediatric EI experience are preferred. Opportunities include sign-on bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare, community settings).
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
