Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Speech Therapist to work with infants and toddlers in home-based Early Intervention programs across California. The role emphasizes family coaching, development of IFSP-based goals, and delivering services in the child’s natural environment.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience in early intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to develop strategies for goals.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment: home, daycare, or community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annual.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
