Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team providing home-based Early Intervention services for infants, toddlers and families. Work with diverse families across California, delivering therapy in natural environments.

This flexible role offers scheduling control, travel within CA, ongoing professional development, and a supportive team. Applicants must hold a California SLP license and have pediatric experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• California SLP license required.
• Pediatric/Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with the family to develop strategies to help reach goals.
• Utilize family-centered parent coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, in families’ homes, daycare centers and community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality of information per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
