Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred in Early Intervention.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to set development goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and ensure skills transfer.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment—home, daycare, or community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
