Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech Therapists to provide home-based Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental needs, across California. Create your own schedule with flexible locations and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, plus mileage reimbursement.

As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess development, follow IFSPs, and coach families using the Parent Coaching Model to enable progress in natural home, daycare or community settings.

Qualifications

• Requires California Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Pediatric experience preferred in Early Intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services per IFSPs.
• Coach families using Parent Coaching Model to support strategies.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community).
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality.
