Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers from birth to three.

You will conduct developmental assessments and deliver therapeutic services in families' homes, with a flexible schedule and supportive team. Applicants should hold a California SLP license, have pediatric EI experience, and be comfortable working in clients' homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and work with families to develop strategies for developmental goals.
• Build caregivers' confidence using family-centered coaching and ensure progress generalizes.
• Provide services in the child's natural environment, including homes, daycares, and community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
