Job summary

AeroSafe Global in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse, Inventory & Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control and shipping activities. The role requires 3+ years in warehousing, with strong knowledge of WMS and OSHA safety practices.

You will lead a team, enforce safety, implement process improvements, and coordinate with procurement, logistics and customer service to ensure orders ship accurately and on time while maintaining stock integrity and reporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping supervision.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline supply chain processes and resolve issues.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory levels, shipping accuracy, and team performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
