Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Indianapolis, Indiana to maximize team productivity while upholding safety standards. The role includes scheduling with the On-Site Manager, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring HR and safety policies are followed.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, equipment checks, quality verification, and basic data entry. A forklift certification and a valid driver’s license are required for this position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation required.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Set shift schedules with the On-Site Manager to best service local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements and complete forms timely and legibly.
• Support employee relations activities locally with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials and ensure loads are secure.
