Job summary

AeroSafe Global is seeking a Warehouse, Inventory & Shipping Supervisor in Indianapolis to lead daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure on-time order fulfillment. You will supervise staff, enforce safety standards, and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce losses.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, experience with WMS, and collaboration with procurement and logistics to support a reliable supply chain.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping supervision.
Proven experience leading a warehouse team.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline supply chain processes.
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory levels, shipping accuracy, and team performance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
