METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and basic repairs on industrial scales at customer sites within the assigned region. You will troubleshoot issues, document activities, and train end-users to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED (or 5 years of related experience), and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; 5 years of relevant work experience accepted in lieu of formal education.
• Customer-facing or field service experience preferred; ability to work independently on customer sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills used for service documentation.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration on industrial weighing equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and support installations, projects and repairs with senior technicians.
• Provide end-user training on equipment operation and care.
• Document work performed, update service records, and maintain data accuracy in the service database daily.
• Coordinate with Scheduling Analyst, Service Support, and sales to meet uptime and response targets.
• Travel up to 10–25% as needed; maintain vehicle and inventory in a secure, organized manner.
