Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is hiring a Field Service Technician to service floor and bench scales at customer sites. The role involves maintenance, calibration, and basic repairs, with data documented in our service system. You will travel within your territory, provide user training, and work closely with the support team to meet uptime targets.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in electro/ mechanical repair, and a valid driver’s license. CDL required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Customer-facing or field service experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical repair.
• PC networking and software configuration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on industrial weighing equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and support installations and repairs.
• Provide end-user training on equipment operation.
• Document work in service software and maintain data integrity.
• Travel within territory and adhere to safety policies.
