CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth in our Industrial unit with a strong focus on water & wastewater. You will identify new opportunities, win projects, and expand key client accounts across CDM Smith’s industrial markets.

You will lead client service management, develop high-value relationships, and partner with project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects while collaborating with our award-winning technology group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S., including hi-tech facilities.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists.
• Collaborate with our technology group to stay ahead of tools that improve project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term strategies contributing to growth and CDM Smith's profitability.
