Lead business development, client engagement, and strategic marketing for major U.S.

industrial clients, including hi‑tech facilities, and develop high‑value client relationships. Collaborate with senior project managers, technical specialists, and CDM Smith’s technology group

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for major U.S. industrial clients.
• Developing and maintaining high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborating with CDM Smith's technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery.
• Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability.
