DuBois Chemicals, Inc. seeks a high-performing District Sales Manager to lead Ohio and Indiana water treatment accounts, growing the portfolio and delivering tangible value through boiler, cooling, wastewater, and process water programs.

You will partner with plant leadership, operations, and engineering to craft and present treatment solutions, manage strategic accounts, and expand the territory via targeted prospecting and cross-selling while ensuring outstanding service and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business or related field.
• Residence in Ohio or Indiana.
• Minimum 3+ years of industrial water treatment experience (boiler, cooling water, wastewater, or process water).
• Proven track record in managing water treatment accounts and growing sales.
• Strong technical water chemistry knowledge and ability to troubleshoot.
• Experience selling complex industrial water treatment solutions.
• Ability to prospect, close new business, and build relationships across multiple levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of industrial and commercial water treatment accounts throughout Ohio and Indiana.
• Maintain and expand boiler, cooling tower, closed-loop, wastewater, process water, and specialty water treatment programs.
• Develop relationships with plant leadership, operations, maintenance, engineering, and corporate stakeholders.
• Conduct regular account reviews focused on system performance, cost optimization, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand DuBois' presence through cross-selling and increased wallet share within existing customers.
