DuBois Chemicals is seeking a high-performing water treatment professional to manage and grow the Ohio and Indiana territory. This District Sales Manager will maintain and expand boiler, cooling tower, wastewater, process water, and specialty water treatment programs while driving profitable new business growth.

The role requires strong technical water treatment knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
• Must reside in Ohio or Indiana.
• 3+ years of industrial water treatment experience.
• Proven ability to manage water treatment accounts and grow sales.
• Strong technical understanding of water chemistry and treatment technologies.
• Experience with CRM platforms and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Retain and grow industrial and commercial water treatment accounts in Ohio and Indiana.
• Develop and implement boiler, cooling, wastewater, and process water programs.
• Serve as technical and commercial resource for customers.
• Analyze water analyses and optimize treatment programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.
• Manage territory growth plan and use CRM to forecast.
