You will maintain and expand a diverse portfolio of industrial and institutional water treatment accounts while driving profitable new business growth. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field preferred.
• Must reside in Ohio or Indiana.
• 3+ years of industrial water treatment experience (boiler, cooling water, wastewater, or process water).
• Proven success managing water treatment accounts and delivering profitable sales growth.
• Strong technical understanding of water chemistry, treatment technologies, monitoring programs, and system troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and manage an established portfolio of industrial and commercial water treatment accounts in Ohio and Indiana.
• Maintain and expand boiler, cooling tower, closed-loop, wastewater, process water, and specialty water programs.
• Build relationships with plant leadership and operations teams and with corporate stakeholders.
• Conduct regular account reviews focusing on system performance, cost optimization, reliability, and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and increased wallet share within existing customers.
