Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years of industrial water treatment experience (boiler, cooling water, wastewater, or process water).
• Demonstrated success managing water treatment accounts and delivering profitable sales growth.
• Strong technical understanding of water chemistry, treatment technologies, monitoring programs, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience selling and supporting complex industrial water treatment applications.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, prospect new customers, and close new business.
• Strong account management, consulting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience presenting technical and commercial solutions to customers at multiple levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated territory management and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to perform field testing, system inspections, and on-site evaluations.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of industrial and commercial water treatment accounts across Ohio and Indiana.
• Maintain and expand boiler, cooling tower, closed-loop, wastewater, process water, and specialty water treatment programs.
• Develop relationships with plant leadership, operations, maintenance, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular account reviews focusing on performance, cost optimization, reliability, and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand presence through cross-selling and increased wallet share.
• Serve as lead technical resource for complex water treatment challenges.
• Troubleshoot corrosion, scale, fouling, microbiological control, and wastewater performance.
• Perform field evaluations, surveys, inspections, and data analysis to recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal experts to develop customized solutions.
• Interpret analyses and trends to optimize programs and outcomes.
• Create new business growth through prospecting and strategic target accounts.
• Close opportunities in cooling, boiler, wastewater, pretreatment, and specialty programs.
• Develop value-based solutions reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
• Navigate multi-level sales processes with engineering, ops, procurement, and executives.
• Communicate needs and opportunities across the organization.
