DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a high-performing water treatment District Sales Manager to lead the Ohio and Indiana territory, maintaining and expanding industrial and institutional accounts, and driving profitable growth.

You will serve as a technical and commercial resource, troubleshoot water treatment challenges, develop solutions, and collaborate with operations, product management, and leadership to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in industrial water treatment.
• Strong technical understanding of water chemistry and treatment technologies.
• Experience selling and supporting complex industrial water treatment applications.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of water treatment accounts in Ohio and Indiana.
• Maintain and expand boiler, cooling tower, and wastewater treatment programs.
• Develop relationships with plant leadership, operations, and engineering teams.
• Conduct regular account reviews focusing on performance, cost optimization, and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to expand presence through cross-selling and wallet share.
