Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering or 8+ years in water treatment.
Chemical water treatment experience
4+ years of technical sales experience with account management
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and membrane chem applications.
Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with data interpretation and improvement recommendations.
Execute the Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
Develop new profitable opportunities and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
Follow EHS policies and work safely at all times.
