Job summary

WM is seeking a sales-support professional in the United States to partner with the Industrial Sales team, providing customer service and guidance on transportation and disposal options for industrial and hazardous wastes.

The role handles profiles, contracts, billing inquiries, and scheduling while developing proposals and maintaining key customer relationships across the territory. A base salary with potential quarterly commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• Must live and work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 1 year relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)
• Applicable regulatory training

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in developing transportation and disposal options for the management of industrial and hazardous wastes.
• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers with testing parameters and proper completion of profiles, manifests and appropriate forms.
• Process profiles, contracts and credit requests, schedules pick-ups, resolves billing inquiries, and resolves customer issues.
• Develop economic and practical solutions for customers using competitive pricing tools; prepare customized proposals and correspondence.
• Effectively utilize and coordinate relationships with internal and external customers; contribute to revenue goals.
