Job summary

WM is seeking a professional in the United States to partner with the Industrial Sales team and drive revenue growth in industrial and hazardous waste services. The role provides customer service support for internal and external customers, applying technical knowledge to consult on transportation and disposal options.

You will assist customers with testing parameters, profiles, manifests, and forms, and process profiles, contracts, and credit requests while coordinating pickups and resolving

Qualifications

Must live and work in the US.
High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
1 year relevant work experience.
Applicable regulatory training.

Responsibilities

Assists customers in developing transportation and disposal options for the management of industrial and hazardous wastes.
Applies technical knowledge to assist customers with testing parameters and proper completion of profiles and forms.
Processes profiles, contracts and credit requests, schedules pick-ups, resolves billing inquiries and customer issues.
Develops proposals and pricing using competitive tools and communicates offerings to customers.
Maintains relationships with internal and external customers and supports territory revenue goals.
Handles inbound calls and collaborates with account managers on receivables and collections.
