Job summary

WM is seeking a team-oriented professional in the United States to partner with the Industrial Sales team and drive revenue growth in the industrial and hazardous waste sector. You will provide customer service and consult on transportation and disposal options for existing and potential customers.

You will support account management, process profiles and contracts, and assist with billing inquiries while exploring new waste stream opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must live and work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year relevant work experience.
• Applicable regulatory training.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers in developing transportation and disposal options for industrial and hazardous wastes.
• Assists customers with testing parameters and profile, manifest, and form completion.
• Processes profiles, contracts and credit requests; schedules pickups; resolves billing inquiries.
• Develops proposals using pricing tools and communicates offers to customers.
• Maintains relationships with internal and external customers and supports territory revenue goals.
• Manages profile renewals, regulatory updates, and new service offerings with customers.
• Identifies new waste stream opportunities through existing relationships and outreach.
