Job summary

WM is seeking a professional to partner with the Industrial Sales team to drive industrial and hazardous waste sales revenue growth. You will provide customer service and support for internal and external customers, applying technical knowledge to consult on transportation and disposal options.

The role focuses on assisting customers with profiles, manifests, and forms, processing contracts and credit requests, scheduling pickups, and resolving billing inquiries while expanding the customer base

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year relevant work experience.
• Applicable regulatory training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in developing transportation and disposal options for industrial and hazardous wastes.
• Apply technical knowledge to help customers with testing parameters and completion of profiles, manifests and forms.
• Process profiles, contracts, and credit requests; schedule pickups and resolve billing inquiries.
