Job summary

WM is seeking a sales-oriented professional in the United States to partner with the Industrial Sales team and drive revenue growth in industrial and hazardous waste services. You will provide customer service and support for internal and external customers while applying technical knowledge to consult on transportation and disposal options.

You will assist customers with testing parameters, profiles, manifests, and forms, and handle profiles, contracts, and credit requests.

Qualifications

Must live and work in the US.
High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
1 year relevant work experience.
Applicable regulatory training.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in developing transportation and disposal options for the management of industrial and hazardous wastes.
Apply technical knowledge to assist customers with testing parameters and proper completion of profiles, manifests and appropriate forms.
Process profiles, contracts and credit requests, schedules pick-ups, and resolve billing inquiries and customer issues.
Develop economic and practical solutions for customers using pricing tools; prepare customized proposals and correspondence.
Coordinate and cultivate relationships with internal and external customers.
Contribute to revenue goals for the Manufacturing and Industrial sales teams.
