Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Industrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth with electric utility clients across the US. You will lead growth by identifying opportunities, winning projects and expanding key client accounts.

This role requires experience selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects to electric utilities including T&D, substations, generation and environmental projects. You will collaborate with senior PMs and specialists to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major utility clients in the U.S.
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with utility clients.
• Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists as they work for clients to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborating with our award-winning technology group to stay at the foreground of leading-edge tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
