Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Industrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth with electric utility clients across the US. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and expand key accounts while leveraging EPC and engineering expertise.

You will lead business development and client engagements, develop high‑value relationships, and work with senior PMs and technical specialists to deliver quality projects and expand market presence in the industrial sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major utility clients in the U.S.
• Develop high‑value relationships with utility clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists.
• Collaborate with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery.
• Implement short and long‑term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability.
