You’ll focus on business development, market research, and preparing client presentations while learning from senior brokers in a fast-paced CRE environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-4 years of professional work experience; business development or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of client needs and dedication to service.
• Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop market knowledge and research latest market trends.
• Extensive cold calling and face-to-face prospecting for tenant leads.
• In-person canvassing of submarkets and door-to-door outreach to tenants.
• Maintain a detailed database for tenant pursuits and schedule meetings.
• Assist with tours, presentations, proposals, and report preparation.
• Track market data and comps; maintain client communication and engagement.
• Support firm marketing and business development opportunities.
• Contribute to lease comparisons and market analyses.
