Qualifications

• Must be licensed or pursuing a Real Estate Salesperson License.
• 1–3 years of sales experience or a strong desire to begin a sales-driven career in commercial real estate.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in the industrial real estate market.
• Candidate should be dynamic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in business development, market research, and transaction execution.
• Research market trends, available industrial spaces, tenants, ownership activity, and competitive data.
• Assist in developing pitch materials, proposals, and client meeting preparations.
• Generate and qualify potential new business leads and conduct outreach to expand the pipeline.
• Track market indicators such as vacancy, absorption, rents, comps, and construction activity.
