Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-4 years of professional work experience; business development or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of client needs and dedication to service.
• Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

As an Industrial Associate in Commercial Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in the tenant representation,leasing, and sales of industrial properties. You will be primarily responsible for business development activities while also researching market trends, assisting with property valuations, preparing client presentations, and contributing to negotiations and transactions. Working alongside senior brokers, you will help drive the strategy for growth and development in the industrial sector while gaining exposure to various aspects of commercial real estate in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Developing a deep understanding of the real estate market by obtaining the latest market and industry research, historical information, and trends
• Extensive cold calling, face-to-face prospecting, and other business development practices
• In-person canvassing of your assigned submarkets, including door-to-door prospecting with industrial tenants
• Creating and organizing a detailed database for tenant pursuits and proactively scheduling and meeting with prospective tenants
• Contributing to building tours, presentations, drafting proposals, and report preparation
• Responsible for tracking and collecting market level data and comps for their submarket
• Maintaining daily interaction with clients and prospective clients
• Participate in firm marketing and business development opportunities
• Supporting market analysis, proposals, and lease comparisons
