You will join a growing team, contributing to leases and sales for tenants, owners, investors, and developers while maintaining a robust referral network and data-driven progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of commercial real estate experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads and source new deals.
• Track record of closing deals and growing commissions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable meeting new prospects and presenting to clients.

Responsibilities

• canvass local markets for tenant rep, leasing, and sale opportunities.
• Monitor market trends in transactions, property values, vacancies.
• Build relationships with tenants, landlords, investors, developers, and associations.
• Maintain a database that generates qualified referrals and leads.
• Generate new business and manage a growing pipeline.
• Secure opportunities for current and prospective clients.
• Conduct property searches and tours.
• Present client materials such as studies and market overviews.
• Develop, execute and update strategic property plans with leadership and marketing.
• Report on marketing and transactional progress for listings/accounts.
• Familiar with state and company forms and draft offers to lease or purchase.
• Progress negotiations, due diligence, invoicing, and record retention.
