Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking an Industrial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial assets for Stream's clients. You will own financial and operational performance, prepare budgets and CAM reconciliations, manage vendors and projects, and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating operations, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering regular owner reports. The role requires on-site presence, strong communication, and ability to travel locally to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; CPM/RPA/ACoM designation preferred.
• 3+ years in commercial property management with supervisory experience.
• Industrial experience preferred; other sectors considered.
• Proficient in real estate software (Yardi/MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, Impak or similar).
• Strong communication skills with clients, vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property management activities including operations, AP/AR, reporting, and vendor relations.
• Collaborate with Construction, Leasing, Marketing and Accounting to deliver high service.
• Ensure compliance with Stream policies and client agreements.
• Prepare operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and owner reports.
• Manage contracts, services, repairs, and capital projects.
• Maintain client/vendor relationships and respond to after-hours calls.
